Default Mail Client - Microsoft Community 365 does not mean that anything is 'stored in the cloud' its entirely optional whether you use OneDrive, which in any case you will have installed under 2016 There is no " MS cloud email" What exact office 2016 version are you using? Are you using MS Outlook with your UK2 mail account added to MS Outlook, or are you simply accessing your mail via web browser access?
