The Vatican's site does sell more than general-entry tickets and tours to Necropolis via Triumphalis They also sell tours of the museums, the gardens, the Papal Palace at Castel Gandolfo, etc Also, the Sistine Chapel is IN the Vatican Museums so does not need a separate ticket
